Der Vaeltharis Discord Bot sowie das zugehörige Nexus Admin Dashboard werden als SaaS-Plattform (Software as a Service) für Discord-Server-Betreiber und Spieleentwickler bereitgestellt.
Der Dienst befindet sich aktuell in der Open Beta-Phase. Es können jederzeit Fehler, Datenverluste oder unerwartete Ausfälle auftreten. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes, der gespeicherten Nutzer- oder Serverdaten sowie einzelner Bot-Funktionen.
Für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung oder Nicht-Nutzung des Bots entstehen – insbesondere durch Datenverlust, fehlerhafte Befehle oder temporäre Ausfälle – wird keine Haftung übernommen, soweit keine vorsätzliche oder grob fahrlässige Pflichtverletzung vorliegt.
Die Verarbeitung von Discord-Nutzerdaten erfolgt ausschließlich im Rahmen der Diensterbringung und in Übereinstimmung mit den Discord Developer Terms of Service. Vaeltharis ist kein offizielles Produkt von Discord Inc.

The Vaeltharis Discord Bot and its accompanying Nexus Admin Dashboard are provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for Discord server operators and game developers.
The service is currently in Open Beta. Errors, data loss, or unexpected outages may occur at any time. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the service, stored user or server data, or individual bot features.
No liability is accepted for damages arising from the use or non-use of the bot — in particular from data loss, faulty commands, or temporary outages — unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
Discord user data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and in accordance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service. Vaeltharis is not an official product of Discord Inc.
